Construction Projects

TECHO UTEC

Roof made of metal profiles, composed of columns, trusses, and beams, which are manufactured from A36/A572 G50 steel, known for its strength, together with an on-site rolled sheet metal covering.

All of our items are manufactured by a highly qualified team that ensures maximum precision at every stage of the production process. Furthermore, they are supervised and evaluated by expert quality supervisors, who ensure that each component meets the highest standards.

UPN ROOF

Roofing system composed of metal profiles, including columns, beams, and joists, fabricated from A36/A572 G50 steel, recognized for its high strength; its gable design allows for proper water drainage. The roof is made of Kr-18 rolled sheeting, integrated with moldings.

The site resident team planned both the maneuver analysis and the assembly execution in advance, considering the area's conditions and dimensions, without neglecting safety requirements. The assembly of columns and beams began using a 30-ton crane, which was previously inspected, and with the support of a team of qualified erectors, allowing for agile progress in the process.

PROJECT “TRUCKER LOUNGE EAST”

The building Trucker Lounge East it was built from its foundation, starting with the demolition of a 20 cm thick bearing slab. Then, the foundation was traced together with topography to ensure precise levels in the excavation, using an excavator for these tasks.

The foundation was constructed with continuous and isolated footings, as well as a foundation wall, using double and single grids with steel sizes No. 4, 5, and 6. Four pillars were also built with No. 5 rebar for the assembly of the watchtower.

After the foundation was poured and backfilled, reinforced hollow block with #4 and #5 rebar was placed at doors, windows, corners, and every 1.20 m up to the capping beam. Each reinforced cell was filled with pre-mixed concrete.

The building has two bathrooms (one for men and one for women) and a service room equipped with a boiler, a pressure pump, and a circulation pump. The bathrooms have dividing walls and a drywall ceiling.

The main structure of the observation tower, including columns, beams, bracing, and access stairs, has been installed. Ballistic plates, multipanel, and ballistic-grade windows have been placed on the upper level. The ground floor also features these types of doors and windows, which are U.S. certified.

The building has ductwork for HVAC and a ZIPRIB roof, composed of deck sheeting, treated wood, three layers of insulation, and a sheet with a special interlocking system. Finally, moldings, gutters, and downspouts were installed.

The floor has an epoxy seal finish.

“RACK KL” PROJECT”

Vertical drilling for pile installation (deep foundations).

Armed with steel for foundation grates and pilasters.

Lifting maneuver of the steels and placement inside the excavation with the help of a titan crane.

In the deep foundations project, one of the final stages we have is: assembling columns, formwork, and then pouring concrete.

Colander for team bases.

PROJECT “NORTH DRAINAGE”

Storm Drainage Systems. This project involves excavation, placement of manholes and piping. Air pressure tests are performed to check for leaks and pipe support issues. Underground drilling for pipe crossing beneath the train tracks.

In the stormwater drainage project, the ”Trench Box” system was used for collapse protection. This way, personnel can access the pipe area without the risk of being crushed by collapses.

OZONE ROOM PROJECT

It consists of building a structure with galvanized steel posts and Durock panels, with a fine, profiled finish and a TPO roof with sheet metal corners.

LAREDO II INTERNATIONAL RAILWAY BRIDGE

Construction of the main structure to receive a bridge consisting of columns and crossbeams over the Rio Bravo for the railway connection between Laredo, TX and Nuevo Laredo, construction of concrete structures (abutments) to receive secondary bridges, placement of anchors and plates on crossbeams and abutments.

LNL-2 International Bridge, Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas

At Prossesa, we are proud to carry out this project as part of the actions taken to strengthen the railway network connecting North America, with the participation of the three involved countries: Canada, the United States of America, and Mexico, the work named “LNL-2 INTERNATIONAL BRIDGE” originates from the project presented, approved, and financed by the company Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) and assigned for its execution to the company Alberici Constructions Mexico, S.A. de C.V., for the construction of a second railway track adjacent to the existing one, which is located at the International Railway Bridge at the crossing between Mexico and the United States, crossing the Rio Grande and connecting the city of Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico with the city of Laredo, Texas, USA.

Currently, at this international crossing, there is only a single railway track that allows for freight movement, operating in one direction only, either NORTH-SOUTH or SOUTH-NORTH. This.

The objective of this project is to increase the flow of import and export goods exchanged between both countries: the United States of America and Mexico, in turn allowing for greater economic impact both locally and regionally, as well as directly binational. Likewise, it aims to have greater control over the access and handling of the exchanged merchandise.

With the construction of this bridge it will be possible to exchange goods in both directions between the two countries in the following way simultaneous, reaching double.

Pedestrian bridge

Manufacturing and construction of a PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE and related works, with a length of 21.00 m, a width of 3.50 m, and a height of 6.00 m, built on a reinforced concrete foundation, with a main steel structure, reinforced concrete deck, standing seam metal roofing, aluminum panels, stainless steel railings, and electrical installation.

Culvert Ros

Open channel encasement, performing excavation, floor slab, reinforced concrete walls and roof slab, stone placement on walls and slopes, as well as backfill with material from excavation and an external material bank. For the execution of these works, water diversion was first carried out in an upper channel for the construction of this closed channel. This work has free internal dimensions of: width (3.00 m), length (130.00 m), and a height of (2.00 m).

Bottle Line 19 Floor Slabs, Terraces, and Earth Systems

Construction of a land system, earthworks, and reinforced concrete slabs with thicknesses of 22 and 30 cm, totaling 5,254.00 m2. Likewise, stainless steel manholes and trenches were manufactured and installed. The flatness of the slabs was carefully maintained within the FF (30 to 45) and FL (25 to 35) range at all times.
